Quick and easy way to tone your arms fast! If you don’t have dumbbells, try using soup cans or bottles of water!
Today I went to one of the gyms I’m able to access for free (and don’t access much). I tried one of the ellipticals and a bike, wasn’t really enjoying it/burning lots of calories..Then I discovered that they had this crosstrainer machine that my old gym used to have that I basically lived on for an hour each day! Needless to say, I had a great workout.
Shouldn’t be a problem keeping me motivated now!
